Madelynn's Wedding Policies

We know with all of the planning, shopping, showers and other schedule constraints it is sometimes hard to remember everything that bridal salons tell you.  Let us take this opportunity to introduce you to some of our wedding packages that can help make your day less expensive (and a lot less stressful).  Some of our customer policies are also listed (just so there are no surprises).

We recommend that all wedding gowns are ordered in an appropriate time frame which varies by gown, company and preferences of the bride (Please consult with a Madelynn's consultant.).  This gives the company time to send us the gown and it gives us the time to alter it and ensure that the gown fits correctly.  We do require 50% non refundable deposit at the time the order is placed for your wedding dress. Alterations are not included in the purchase price.

When a bride purchases a regularly priced wedding gown from Madelynn's, a 20% discount will be applied to all bridesmaid and Mother's gowns purchased.  Orders should be placed in an appropriate time frame which varies by gown, company and preferences of the bride (Please consult with a Madelynn's consultant.).  We recommend that bridesmaids be professionally measured; by either Madelynn's of another bridal salon to ensure accuracy.  As with the wedding gowns, we require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed for the dresses.

Our tuxedos range in price from approximately $50.00 to $99.00.  These prices include coat, pants, shirt, basic vest or cummerbund, tie and basic jewelry.  Madelynn's also has package discounts available of up to 10% off each paid tuxedo order (see store for details). Shoes are available at an additional cost.  With an order of six or more tuxedos, the groom's tuxedo is free. We recommend that orders are placed a minimum of two months prior to the rental date, and we suggest that measurements be taken by Madelynn's, another bridal salon or a men's formalwear store.  Madelynn's strongly suggests that the tuxes be fitted two days prior to the wedding.  Tuxedos must be returned to Madelynn's the day immediately following the rental date unless other arrangements have been made.  A late fee will be applied for tuxes returned late.

Madelynn's offers a wide variety of wedding invitations and stationary to suit any taste.  A 15% discount will be given toward invitations if the couple registers for dinnerware, flatware and/or gifts at Madelynn's.  Unlike catalog ordering, we guarantee our invitation work will be correct.  A 50% non refundable deposit is required before placing the invitation order.
