Four Months Ahead
Arrange fittings for yourself and your attendants.
Make appointments for physical exams and blood tests. (Check your state or local requirements.  In some areas, you must take your blood test closer to the wedding ceremony.)
Decide on your honeymoon destination and make reservations with your travel agent.  If you need a passport, get one or bring yours up-to-date.  Make sure your husband-to-be has an up-to-date passport.
Begin addressing invitations.
Make arrangements with calligrapher, if desired.
Reconfirm date with caterer, florist, musicians and photographer.
Hire parking services.
Arrange accommodations for out-of-town guests.
Make sure your groom has arranged for rehearsal dinner.
